Don’t worry. Sage Intergy Help is on the way!

Did you know that you have your own personal Sage Intergy support assistant right at your fingertips? It is called Sage Intergy Help, and is available to all users in all areas of Sage Intergy and Sage Intergy EHR. There are even layers of help available depending on what level of detail you need for a particular subject.

The first layer of help is available on the menu bar of the Sage Intergy desktop, which allows you to search for particular topics, browse the index of topics, get help for keyboard navigation or just read the overviews of a function to get a solid understanding of how it works.

The second layer is the module-specific help, which again is displayed as Help on the menu when you are in a particular module, such as the Appointment Scheduler, Charge Posting, Patient Information (etc.) and this provides help for the module you are in. You may also see legends for information such as charge posting statuses and flags.

The third layer of help is field-specific and is accessed by pressing the F1 key on your keyboard while you are editing a particular field. This level guides you to proper data entry for the field your cursor is in, and can be extremely helpful when reviewing user preferences or parameters as the titles of these settings may not provide the whole picture.

In addition, for reporting assistance, within each report’s filter and sort option screen is a Help button. This Help provides detail on the report, what data is contained in it, and what output you can expect based on your filters and sorting criteria.

And if that isn’t enough…

In the latest versions of Sage Intergy, the online help actually connects you to the recorded training module for the topic you’ve chosen! This is the same training that you can access from the Sage Support Center under the Education link, but it is right at your fingertips from within your Sage Intergy desktop, under the Help menu. You can also access the Sage Support Center directly from your Help menu on the Sage Intergy Desktop.

What if you can’t find the answer in Sage Intergy Help?

For those rare times when you may not find exactly what you are looking for, you may use the Solution Finder in the Support tab of the Sage Support Center. From here you can search by key words relating to your question and locate solutions for the question from our solutions database. This is the same database that we Sage Intergy support technicians use to locate answers when you call us for assistance, and we are constantly updating content so be sure to check the Solution Finder often.

Saving the best for last…

Of course, your Sage Intergy support team is always here and happy to assist you with any issues or question you may have. We realize your time is valuable and are proud to provide tools for you to use to answer your own questions. But in the event that you need our assistance, we are only a service request away.

How do I expand the Sage/Intergy screen?
The existing size of the screen is too small and therefore the printed patient account information panel is too small to read. At the end of a ten hour day my eyes are killing me.
